Yoga Teacher Parvati - London/UK

Parvati AKA Paula Andreewitch began her journey with yoga in 2002. Since then she has practiced under the expert eye of Nicole Arons of Soma Yoga, is inspired by Tiffany Cruikshank's Yoga Medicine and has trained as a teacher in the Indian Himalayas with Ganga Devi of the Himalayan Yoga Institute. Paula teaches under the school of Raja Dhiraja Yoga, which is a complete system for the body and mind to offer the full benefits of the traditional teachings to her students. Her asana classes weave traditional with contemporary, and are flowing sequences of postures designed to balance you, inspire you and open space for you to step into your greatness. They include pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to nourish you physically, energetically and mentally. The profound effects of asanas on the chakras and endocrine system are explored to leave you with a sense of overall well being. Paula teaches private and group classes in London, is on the teacher training faculty of the Himalayan Yoga Institute and facilitates yoga retreats in beautiful natural locations. She is inspired by nature, loves practicing outdoors and regularly teaches in parks, on heaths, on beaches, in fields...

Laura Turner

Laura was born in Norfolk and is now based in London. She grew up with a huge love for music and dance (closely following TOTP dance routines!) At college she studied Performing Arts and then took a step into the fitness industry in 2006. After teaching group fitness for over a decade she found a new love for yoga. Laura is passionate about people finding exercise that they enjoy, something that makes you feel alive and powerful. Rajadhiraja Yoga will help you to focus your mind and work with the body too so that you feel great and can really put your mind to what you want in life. Laura has achieved many things in the past that she puts down to mind over matter, pure determination and dedication. For example: She completed the London Marathon, someone’s passing comment of “you don’t look like a runner” was great fuel in completing this! She also passed her lifeguard qualification after years of thinking she couldn’t swim. Therefore you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to, work hard and and give it 100%.
Life is to be enjoyed. If you're not enjoying it, change it. No matter what.
